  • Ingredients
  • 1 Chicken cut in small portions remove all visible fat.
  • 2 onions sliced.
  • 10 sprigs dill finely chopped
  • ¾ cup olive oil.
  • 1 cup wine
  • 1 can diced tomatoes.540 ml. 19 fl oz.
  • Salt – pepper.

In a heavy pan add the oil and sauté lightly the onion and dill for 2 minutes.

Add chicken and continue the process in medium heat for a few more minutes.

Deglaze with the wine add the tomatoes and enough water to cover chicken, salt, and pepper and cook slowly for 25-30 minutes or until water evaporates and the sauce is nice and thick.

Serve over rice.
